There are inspiring people all around, you have people right next to you such as your mother and father. They may be sporting
heroes, Biblical stories, literary heroes or individuals that have simple done something to inspire you. An important part
of spiritual growth is being inspired and attaining the energy and drive from that but even more so being able to inspire others.
Through our capsules you will find and develop leaders or heroes to inspire yourself and learn how to become an inspiration
to others.
Whilst there exists inspiration all around us it is often difficult to either recognize it exists or be motivated to inspire.
At KnovaLife we deem the purpose of inspiration to have you make a conscious effort to direct the immense power of your subconscious,
and it’s deep in-grained programming to new and brighter things. This is essential otherwise your life will remain in a rut and become
increasingly determined by those sub-conscious limitations. If you have heard of self-sabotage or self destruct this is where it comes from.
We must begin with recognizing the subconscious and that it is not difficult to work within as at the end of the day
the subconscious is a servant of the conscious mind.
This is the key here, the subconscious follows direction by acting on whatever is fed to it. It cannot distinguish between what is real
and what is imagined. Your conscious mind has been called the gate-keeper, it is you who allows what into yoursubconscious. Again another
key - you can intentionally program it to manifest what you want in life. We have heard of brainwashing - this is what it means -
affectively repetition and habit does that. The majority go through the motions, the path of least resistance. Unsuprisingly so does your
subconscious. Without motivation and direction from our conscious mind, it follows the easiest, usually more negative path of our
engrained habits - have you noticed how unmotivated, uninspired people are negative, always whining and making excuses? Make the conscious effort
now to be inspired and to inspire others, after all what better inspiration is there?
Life is opportunity - Love the opportunity
Inspiration comes from many sources in our lives - the greatest inspiration comes from the opportunities around us, no matter how old or young,
how frail or healthy, how rich or poor etc. The opportunity is their for everyone, you have to love it to have it inspire you.
That is the opportunity to build life, relationships, family, future, health, success and fortune. Our subconscious will happily pass those
opportunities by - it doesn’t know any better unless you consciously inspire.
If you will embrace the disciplines associated with each new opportunity as they present themselves to you your self-confidence starts to
grow, and importantly you go from being skeptical to being a believer - a believer in yourself and what is available to you in this world.
You will learn to appreciate life itself. Instead of looking for the negative
appreciate where you live, appreciate opportunity and appreciate people. Appreciate the person who brought you good
news, a new deal or simply that found you. We talk about inspiring others and the power of that. When you learn to appreciate the person
who believed in you before you believed in yourself, you have overcome and imagine when you can inspire others to do just that? Think about it
there is an opportunity every moment, think of every person you meet - what could that opportunity be in meeting them? It is open ended question with unlimited potential.

- The person with the opportunity you have been looking for to set you up.
- A potential effective partner
- Your perfect partner
The point is it could be anyone or anything. This is why it is important o be inspired and not so prone to give up
because sometimes in the beginning when we are just getting started we don’t always see how big it is. The first difficulty has our subconscious sending signals
to move away from that opportunity. Knowing this before you are tempted to give up or get discouraged, remember all lasting success is
based on long term commitment, focus, drive, faith, discipline and attitude. Their will be hardships, discouragement, humiliation and all that along the way
but if you are aware of the great opportunities in the future you are well on your way. Look for inspiration and motivation below and grasp that
opportunity as it befalls you!
Believe - Have Meaning
It is crucial to Believe in ourselves, to Believe in what is around us and Believe in the opportunities always around us. Also know what
It! means.
Know what courage means, what strength means, what determination means, what compassion means, what loyalty means and what selflessness means.

Inspiring others
Inspiring others in itself is evidence of your accomplishments, leadership and your own being inspired. It shows you are a good example for others,
if not to emulate but to gain inspiration from. You care about people, selflessness is an admirable trait. People don’t care about how much
you know until they know how much you care. Listen and ask questions taking a genuine interest in people. Remember also opportunity is everywhere.
Be inspired yourself by inspiring others, look for people, ideas, environments and knowledge that you find inspiring and motivating. There is just
so much to learn in this world - a quest for knowledge is inspiring in itself.
Showing your support to others also inspires them. Just as you need encouragement in tough times so do others.
When you support people and encourage them through these times, you’ll be inspiring them to see the best in themselves and in the situation.
In showing this support be vulnerable, importantly bury your ego. Be willing to share your failures as well as your successes. People will be
able to relate to you and your experiences. It is very important for people to overcome their engrained negatives - that others are also facing
difficulties. That there is hope at the end of the rainbow! These are great times to share your personal history. There is an old saying with regard
to publishers and biographies Facts tell and Stories sell. There is a reason why they are so often on the best seller list.
Simply these stories inspire others. Don’t be afraid to hold back.
Those that inspire others are people with strength - you need to be able to challenge people. This is where mentorships are so helpful in imspiring
others. People need challenges to succeed, indeed some people can’t succeed without them! Remember your friend and university who only did well if she
crammed the night before? It is important to also show compassion in your challenging, tough love isn’t for everyone! of course for you to be
truly inspirational to others they have to understand you and know where you are coming from.
Watch how you speak and what you say, here is another reason to invest in your communication skills. Further to that stay informed and there is no better
way than reading - list the books that have inspired you and share them.
Achievers and winners have several traits that make them do what they do and the two most important are discipline and creating good habits. Inspire
that in others!
