There are many definitions of stress from the clinical to the benign. One of the pioneers of stress research, Dr. Hans Selye wrote that
" ... stress is essentially reflected by the rate of all the wear and tear caused by life." We consider stress to be anything that
stimulates you and increases your level of alertness. This would incorporate what is cited as ?good? and ? bad? stress. Through Knovacology
